Absolutely — families are our favorite guests! While we don't provide baby gear such as cribs, pack n' plays, or high chairs, we're happy to recommend local rental options so you don't have to pack everything from home.

One thing parents love: our kids' area features blackout curtains and a private barn door, making it a perfect quiet space to settle a sleeping baby or toddler away from the rest of the group.

Yes — the home has high-speed WiFi throughout.

Birch + Still can accommodate up to 5 vehicles on the property. We have space for 1-2 cars in the garage, with additional parking in the driveway. We kindly ask guests to avoid street parking out of respect for our neighbors.

Yes! We have a Tesla universal charger (J1772 compatible) available for all guests at no additional charge. Just let us know in advance if you plan to use it and we'll make sure it's ready for your arrival.

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Do not use the hot tub or sauna under the influence of alcohol
